1. Data Confidentiality
Both parties (Mirjy Technologies Ltd and the Client) agree to keep all information shared in connection with the Service Agreement strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and maintain the MirFi Finance & HR Platform, including:
- Registration details (Name, Business Name, Email, Phone Number, TIN).
- Financial data, transaction records, and inventory data entered by the user.
- Employee details for payroll processing (Name, SSNIT number, Salary details).
- Transaction data related to your subscription and payments.
3. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Mirjy Technologies Ltd does not store your credit card or sensitive financial details on our servers. Your payment information is handled directly by the payment processor in compliance with industry standards.
4. Data Usage
Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing the financial management service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for system improvements and analytics.
5. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit encryption and secure cloud hosting, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Ownership
The Client retains full ownership of all financial and employee data entered into the system. You can export your data at any time via the reports module. In the event of subscription termination, data will be kept for a period of 90 days before being permanently deleted, unless otherwise requested.
7. Compliance with Ghana Law
MirFi is designed to comply with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. We act as a data processor on behalf of the Client, who is the data controller.
8. Changes to this Policy
Mirjy Technologies Ltd reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. We will notify users of any significant changes via the platform or email.
